Just got a note from the city informing us that we are being cited for owning an illegal dog. Seems little Oscar de la Hoya the Terrier has not had his license renewed on time.

At $26, it’s one of the few “bargains” left in City government. But who knew, when you got your dog vaccinated and got all his tags, that you still had to go through a separate process to get him registered.

I’m not sure it was a rule BEFORE but the City is scrambling for revenue.
